 Great Education Toy & the Best Service Ever!

We bought this puzzle for our 2 1/2 year son who is into dinosaurs and his alphabets. This one was more difficult than the other alphabet puzzles that Imagiplay makes (e.g. Dragon) because the letters were lower-case vs upper-case. But once he got a hang of it, he enjoyed this puzzle alot. Only issue I had was that one of the letters kept breaking. We glued it back a few times, but it kept breaking. (To be honest, their products hold up very well to the rough wear and tear they go through with an active toddler.) So one night out of frustration, I emailed the company in hopes I can get a replacement of the broken piece. Within an hour, I got a reply back from Jan and was blown away by the level of customer service she demostrated. She offered to replace the whole puzzle for free! Also in my email, I had mentioned that this was the 2nd puzzle we purchased were a piece broke. (The first puzzle we were able to exchange since it broke within one day of purchase.) So she also offered a 2nd puzzle of our choice to compensate for the first puzzle. I was not expecting that!
All in all, I am very impressed with the company. I’ve always felt that their toys were great and worth the price but to have such a postive experience with their customer service has made me a lifetime customer. Thank you Jan!

Challenging for my 3 year old

My son loves dinosaurs. He played with this puzzle for a long time. It took me awhile to figure out where some of the pieces went so it is challenging. But when we figured it out. It became even more fun to see how fast we could put it together. Great puzzle.
